Our platform enables colleagues to find internal projects and opportunities based on their skills, experiences, and ambitions. Additionally, thanks to AI-based recommendations, employees are connected to projects and networking opportunities that are tailored to their interests.

Experiment Funds

We believe in a culture of continuous innovation, one where ideas are welcomed and valued. To create space for sharing and testing colleagues’ ideas, we introduced a global Experimentation Gateway, designed to provide fast approval and funding for low-cost, quick experiments—and to give every colleague around the world the opportunity to submit ideas. We have so far experimented with over 100 ideas from submissions across the world.
