I started working at MetLife right out of college. I had heard about their actuarial development program. Coming to a company like MetLife that has this established community available to you and resources to make sure that you do succeed was a huge attractive factor for me.

I joined MetLife as an intern in college and loved the people, culture, and professional growth opportunities. The Sales Academy gave me firsthand experience of what it would be like to join MetLife as a Sales Representative, and I loved it. I plan to stay here for the long run!

Our growing actuarial needs have given rise to over a dozen unique actuarial internship and development programs around the world. These programs provide support to help our actuaries become qualified through various international actuarial organizations. They also offer our actuaries additional professional development opportunities.
