The Opportunity
The Business Procedures Consultant is responsible for compliance submissions and edits to our program material. In this role, you’ll craft clear, visually engaging communications that meet the highest quality and compliance standards, helping ensure every piece reflects MetLife’s voice and values. You’ll collaborate across teams from concept through launch to manage materials that inform, engage, and support key business initiatives.
