MetLife’s Marketing organization is undergoing a strategic transformation to become a customer-centric and data-driven growth engine. As part of this evolution, we are building a high-performing team with modern capabilities to deliver meaningful enterprise value and build customer equity.

We are seeking a Senior Agile Enablement Marketing Lead to play a pivotal role in this transformation. This individual will champion Agile practices across marketing teams, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of how marketing operates at MetLife.


Key Responsibilities

  • Agile Leadership: Serve as a strategic guidepost for Agile adoption across marketing pods and teams. Lead Agile transformations that align with evolving marketing priorities.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as an SME in Agile marketing practices and Workfront, our central hub for agile and workflow management.
  • Operational Excellence: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient execution of marketing activities.
  • Workfront Administration: Manage and track work in Workfront, ensuring task accuracy, accountability, and system optimization.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to understand needs, clarify roles, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Best Practices & Playbooks: Identify and scale Agile best practices, proactively address common pitfalls, and develop enablement materials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor sprint progress, generate performance reports, and drive a culture of learning and iteration.
  • Training & Support: Provide coaching and training on Agile methodologies and Workfront usage to foster team capability maturity.


What You’ll Bring

  • 2 - 3 years of proven expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly within a marketing context.
  • Hands-on experience with Workfront or similar workflow/project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and processes.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and lead cross-functional teams through change.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • High School diploma required, bachelor's highly preferred

The expected salary range for this position is 125k NYC, 105k other. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
