Job Responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities for new corporate policies and solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and profitability objectives through achieving sales target.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations on production performance and operational improvements.
• Lead the development and achievement of new business objectives, ensuring premium targets and corporate growth benchmarks are met or exceeded.
• Leverage all distribution channels, including internal sales teams and external brokers, to secure and optimize new business opportunities efficiently and effectively.
• Actively oversee the onboarding process of new corporate clients, ensuring seamless administration and adherence to underwriting and compliance standards.
• Maintain rigorous controls over underwriting and administrative processes to support the delivery of high-quality corporate solutions.
• Ensure robust audit protocols are in place to align internal and external operations with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic risk assessment and facilitate the timely issuance of corporate solutions proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness in collaboration with underwriting teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven corporate sales experience.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service expertise.
