概要と必要条件

 

Job Purpose:

Handling the PO’s written requests, either financial or non-financial & related tasks for providing the P/O the expected level of customer experience & satisfaction.

 

Job Description:

  • Studying & processing the received Policy owners’ requests.
  • Analyzing the daily Deposit list out of automated process.
  • Cross checking the completed requests.
  • Registering Mail in on POS Sub system (Lifeline system). 
  • Registering Mail out to our Agencies & Banca 
  • Monitoring the weekly pending requirements report.  
  • Cycle activity (twice a month)
  • Handling & Tracking Cheques & ACH.
  • Handling FCRM as L1
  • Monitoring the System Downtime on daily basis.
  • Sending the surgical report on daily & monthly basis.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).   
  • Good Communication skills 
  • Time management Skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook are a must)
  • Insurance industry experience is preferred.
