Join our Finance team as an IFRS 17 Reporting Specialist, responsible for supporting the timely and accurate preparation of IFRS 17 financial and regulatory reporting for Levant markets. You'll analyze financial data, ensure reporting accuracy and compliance, collaborate across teams, and drive process improvements through automation, analytics, and AI-powered solutions.
The role will contribute to financial reporting, reconciliations, analysis, controls, and process improvement activities while ensuring compliance with IFRS 17 requirements and regulatory deadlines. The position will also support automation, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and quality.
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting within an insurance company environment.
- Experience with insurance accounting, financial close, and regulatory reporting processes.
- Experience with financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting controls.
- Strong Command of Microsoft office tools, data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong ability to leverage technology & AI to improve productivity and reporting efficiency.
Soft & Communication Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and identify key business insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear management commentary and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration across Finance, Actuarial, IT and regional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

- Working knowledge of IFRS standards; IFRS 17 experience is highly preferred.
