The Opportunity
The Senior HR Business Partner will support the Global Customer Service and Operations and Corporate Real Estate organizations, delivering people solutions that drive business performance. This role will assess and address HR needs across performance management, talent management, organizational design, change management, and leadership development. Additionally, the HRBP will collaborate with MetLife’s HR Centers of Expertise to provide services in HR data analytics, compensation, learning and development, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and global mobility to advance business objectives.
