Role Overview:  

The role focuses on redefining the common tasks we do across the enterprise, regardless of geography or function, with the help of technology such as AI. This role blends strategy, process re-engineering, product management, and change management to drive enterprise-wide value realization. By identifying the highest-impact use cases and corresponding scalable solutions, facilitating the adoption of best practices across business units and ultimately improving workforce productivity and employee experience. 

 

  

Key Responsibilities – What you’ll lead  

  • Identify, assess, and scale highest value Task focused solutions (e.g. knowledge management, data extraction, reporting) across enterprise and enable consistent reuse and adoption of best practices.
  • Collaborate in the design, and testing of new capabilities, building action plans and artifacts to enable effective scaling across the company. 
  • Drive redefining how we do common tasks across the company to manage the continued expansion, and success of workforce productivity tools such as M365 Copilot, including managing champion communities, creating playbooks, and being a thought partner for the L&D team.  
  • Manage enterprise intake and prioritization of new features and enhancements for these tools together with the core-cross functional team and lead pilot design, activation planning, and post-launch optimization.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams, we devise and manage metrics framework that tracks adoption, impact realization and helps inform continued rollout strategy.

 Required Skills:

  • 10-12+ years in operational excellence, process reengineering, Lean, or largescale transformation. 
  • Understanding of AI concepts, tools and platforms, and how they apply in MetLife (e.g. Power Apps, NLP).
  • Proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities, frames problems, and drives action without and existing blueprint.
  • Highly effective in fast paced, ambiguous environments; brings structure, momentum, and confidence amid change.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional programs from initiation through delivery, balancing scope, timeline, risk, and value realization.  
  • Experienced in establishing governance, managing dependencies, and driving accountability to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives. 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to diagnose key challenges and develop pragmatic solutions.   
  • Proven experience in design thinking, enterprise transformation, and change management initiatives. 
  • Exceptional storytelling and executive level communication skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Practical experience with design-leading and experience design.  
  • Experience working as a consultant or consultancy.
  • Lean Six-Sigma experience or equivalent working on tech solutions.
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.

 

The expected salary range for this position is $96,000 to $175,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
