  • Coordinate new case implementation, policy administration, reporting setup, and ongoing service activity in partnership with tax, legal, actuarial, investments, operations, and technology teams.
  • Develop client and broker communications, reporting support, and issue-resolution plans while identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the overall service experience.

Required Qualifications
  • FINRA Series 6 license required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in life insurance, financial services, retirement services, employee benefits, or a related client service/operations environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, brokers, and internal business partners.
  • Self-motivated and digitally curious, with the ability to apply AI in high-value scenarios to improve effectiveness, quality, and business impact while combining AI capabilities with business knowledge and subject-matter expertise.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Life insurance experience or knowledge, preferably with corporate-owned, bank-owned, insurance-company-owned, or nonqualified executive benefit plan administration for institutional clients.
  • Exposure to institutional asset administration, reporting, or investment-related servicing, including separate accounts and underlying investment options or structures such as Stable Value, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or similar programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and data review, and familiarity with SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar client-service platforms.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
