Business Partnership Senior Specialist 

The Opportunity

The Business Partnership Senior Specialist is responsible for driving strong bancassurance performance by ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and external banking partners. This role plays a critical part in achieving sales targets, increasing market share in life insurance and pension products, and supporting strategic growth objectives across all distribution channels. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with the bancassurance departments of partner banks to ensure seamless collaboration, smooth workflow, and alignment with business priorities.
• Manage the operational needs, requests, and expectations of bancassurance functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and solution‑oriented responses.
• Monitor competitor banks’ bancassurance activities, analyze trends, and provide insights and updates to management to support strategic decision‑making.
• Drive initiatives aimed at increasing market share in life insurance and individual pension products across all bank distribution channels.
• Track insurance and pension (BES) production, budgets, and target vs. actual performance across face‑to‑face bank sales channels, and provide clear, insightful reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and control of all reports prepared for banking partners, including production, premium, commission, and KPI‑based reports.
• Facilitate coordination with additional business units within partner banks to support the sale and promotion of life insurance and individual pension products across the entire bank network.
• Monitor Credit/Life Insurance, Individual Pension, and Voluntary Insurance penetration rates, and execute targeted actions to improve these metrics.
• Lead the planning and execution of annual campaigns across relevant bank business lines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and sales targets.
• Design sales and marketing campaigns, ensure all materials are prepared in the required format, manage approval processes, and archive documents in accordance with procedures.
Review campaign performance reports, validate figures, and conduct detailed analysis to generate insights and support continuous improvement.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
 • Minimum 4+ years of experience in bancassurance, sales operations, financial services, or partner/channel management roles.
 • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to effectively analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and support campaign processes.
 • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a solution‑oriented and proactive work style.
 • High attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to work effectively under time‑sensitive conditions.

•Good level of English in verbal and written

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CRM or reporting platforms to track sales performance and operational metrics.
 • Ability to analyze data, identify improvement areas, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
 • Strong team collaboration skills, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
 • Familiarity with bancassurance dynamics and competitive market activities.
 • Knowledge of insurance products and services.
