Position Summary

 The AVP, Brand Expression will oversee all aspects of brand creative development, from strategic planning to execution, working with a team of creative professionals to deliver compelling brand experiences that drive business results. This role reports to the Head of Brand & Enterprise Marketing and partners closely with senior leadership across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global brand creative strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing creative team including designers, copywriters, and creative directors
  • Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints
  • Partner with marketing, product, and business unit leaders to translate strategic initiatives into compelling creative executions
  • Oversee creative development for integrated marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and brand activations
  • Establish creative processes, standards, and governance to drive efficiency and quality
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors
  • Champion innovation in creative approaches, technologies, and platforms
  • Present creative work and strategic recommendations to executive leadership; manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors

Skills

  • This role requires someone who can balance creative vision with business strategy while leading a global brand community and managing complex, multi-faceted brand initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, copywriting, and visual design while maintaining brand authenticity and knowing when human oversight is critical.
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered insights to measure creative effectiveness, optimize campaigns in real-time, and make data-driven creative decisions.
  • Ability to mentor, develop, and scale creative talent
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and business units
  • Creative direction and vision-setting abilities
  • Knowledge of digital experiences and customer journey mapping

The expected salary range for this position is . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
