  • My Voice Our company-wide listening program helps us share feedback through an annual survey. Results are reviewed by teams and senior leaders – and actions are shaped collaboratively to drive progress. We also celebrate the impact we make through recognition programs like the Purpose Award and Center Stage.
  • Pebbles Initiative Launched in 2023, this initiative empowers employees to share ideas for removing everyday roadblocks and improving the way we work. Through a dedicated portal, employees can identify challenges, propose solutions, and collaborate to make work better for everyone.
