Basic Function
The process consists of sending canned responses to customers on missing forms and certificates. A part of job also includes Filter & routing of customers emails.
The key deliverables of the role will include but will not be restricted to the details below:
Essential Functions
· Analyze, validate, identify discrepancies in customer request/emails and process transactions as per procedures.
· Resolve customer queries by validating from various applications
· Should be able to read and interpret customer emails
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work on routine/standardized transactions
· Knowledge about the US Insurance industry
Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with process SLAs and Internal standards
