Description et exigences
Responsible for daily administration of Regional Market Credits & Fees including interpreting contractual documents, analyzing group level billing and remittance, calculation of various types of credits, requesting payment and communication with Sales/Service partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced level subject matter expert who exercises discretion and independent judgment in the work completed
- Maintains data in the administrative systems; troubleshoots and corrects data issues. Works various transaction error reports and queues.
- Provides technical expertise to management for decision making by participating in operational analyses and studies.
- Acts as subject matter expert on individual contract provisions; establishes, maintains, and enhances favorable relationships with internal and external customers
- Handles escalated calls/cases from other teams.
- Participate on calls/meetings to explain process/procedures and resolve issues.
- Calculates/Reviews credit and fee payments to Regional Market customers following established guidelines/processes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of business experience working in a professional environment
- Proficient Excel skills.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and relationship skills with ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to handle pressure situations (internal and external) with professionalism and tack.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Maintains extensive knowledge of the administrative systems
- College degree and/or 3-5 years related business experience
