The Role
Responsible for daily administration of Regional Market Credits & Fees including interpreting contractual documents, analyzing group level billing and remittance, calculation of various types of credits, requesting payment and communication with Sales/Service partners.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Advanced level subject matter expert who exercises discretion and independent judgment in the work completed
  • Maintains data in the administrative systems; troubleshoots and corrects data issues.  Works various transaction error reports and queues.
  • Provides technical expertise to management for decision making by participating in operational analyses and studies. 
  • Acts as subject matter expert on individual contract provisions; establishes, maintains, and enhances favorable relationships with internal and external customers
  • Handles escalated calls/cases from other teams. 
  •  Participate on calls/meetings to explain process/procedures and resolve issues. 
  • Calculates/Reviews credit and fee payments to Regional Market customers following established guidelines/processes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required.


Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of business experience working in a professional environment 
  • Proficient Excel skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and relationship skills with ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. 
  • Ability to handle pressure situations (internal and external) with professionalism and tack.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.  


Preferred Qualifications

  • Maintains extensive knowledge of the administrative systems
  • College degree and/or 3-5 years related business experience


The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $62,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
