The Opportunity

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for project management of market research and customer insights projects. This role will primarily contribute by ensuring that projects are managed in a timely manner to ensure that value is created across business and customers. In this role, the candidate will have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact , working closely with the VP of marketing on analytics, business presentations and martech efforts. This role will also provide the candidate to be invovled in future capabilities representing the team. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Project management and timeline management across market research and VOC programs
  • Coordinate delivery of projects and tasks across cross functional stakeholders
  • Support development and execution of AI, martech & business projects
  • Support development of business presentations and reporting

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services / Insurance 
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks and martech platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management 
  • Experience with Project management tools 
  • Proficiency with AI tools

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies
  • Experience with Adobe tools and capabilities

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

 

The expected salary range for this position is $62,100 - $82,800. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
