The Marketing Analyst is responsible for project management of market research and customer insights projects. This role will primarily contribute by ensuring that projects are managed in a timely manner to ensure that value is created across business and customers. In this role, the candidate will have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact , working closely with the VP of marketing on analytics, business presentations and martech efforts. This role will also provide the candidate to be invovled in future capabilities representing the team.
- Project management and timeline management across market research and VOC programs
- Coordinate delivery of projects and tasks across cross functional stakeholders
- Support development and execution of AI, martech & business projects
- Support development of business presentations and reporting
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services / Insurance
- Understanding of Agile frameworks and martech platforms
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience with Project management tools
- Proficiency with AI tools
- Experience in Agile Methodologies
- Experience with Adobe tools and capabilities
The expected salary range for this position is $62,100 - $82,800. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
