Description and Requirements
Duties: Support application development and infrastructure products. Enable Agile teams to deliver maximum business value by aligning teams focused on modernizing and delivering technology products. Train, mentor and coach team members, proactively eliminate barriers, protect team from external interferences and facilitate team meetings to ensure delivery on the sprint goals. Work closely with team members, product owners, other Scrum Masters, release train engineers and stakeholders to support Sprint and release planning. Foster team self-awareness, encourage cross training, decision making and continuous improvement. 10% domestic travel required.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus eight (8) years of experience working on data governance initiatives supporting IT projects in which data is moved from one system to another or archived and purged. Special Skills, Other Special Skills or Requirements: eight (8) years of experience using SQL to build complex CRUD queries; eight (8) years of experience designing data models; eight (8) years of experience leading data-centric IT projects; five (5) years of experience building configurations in ILM tools -- Solix or Informatica -- to support ILM initiatives, including decommission and active archiving; and, one (1) year of experience using Solix Common Data Platform (CDP) with active archiving.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid-3 days in office/2 days remote.

The wage range for applicants for this position is $147,400.00 to $172,200.00 per year. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
