The Team You Will Join 
This role will help drive forward the Disability & Leave strategy for MetLife, working closely with the DST team to understand the enhancements and identify market impact and work with our messaging team to develop in market messaging to position MetLife as the leader in the market.  
 
The Opportunity
The Sr. Product Consultant is responsible for driving forward the Disability & Leave strategies across all markets. This is an exciting opportunity to help position MetLife as the leader in Disability & Leave.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of MetLife processes, systems as well as a good grasp on marketplace needs. You’ll collaborate closely with the DST team as well as NA & RB sales and service teams in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.


How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
  • Lead the market story for all disability & leave enhancements
  • Create communication and materials that clearly articulate the value MetLife brings to employers in market
  • Oversee the overarching messaging
  • Develop the process and communication roadmap
  • Coordinate across market segments where messaging may be different


What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Ability to work cross the organization collaboratively and develop string partnerships 
  • Ability to distill complex messaging and simplify messages for external customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent


What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)
  • 10+ of years of experience in Disability/Leave with experience at MetLife
 
The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $136,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
