Description and Requirements

 The Opportunity:

Primarily responsible for day-to-day support of Post Retirement Benefits’ (PRB) Retiree Medical Buyout product. Also responsible for operational support of other PRB products and the PRB unit as a whole. Role works closely with the PRB sales and operations teams, as well as other internal partners to position PRB, and MetLife, in the best way to succeed.

 

How You'll Help Us Build A More Confident Future:

·         Daily administration of Retiree Medical Buyout (RMB) inforce block

·         RMB new business implementations and contract work

·         RMB wire processing, IT system maintenance, and coordination with Actuarial/Valuations team

·         Create/maintain partnership agreements with external brokers & benefits exchanges

·         Lead Non-Financial Risk Analysis (NFRA) & Compliance work on behalf of PRB team

·         Migration of PRB Funding Agreement block from MetFACS2 to FMS

·         Maintenance of all PRB sales and marketing material, including upkeep of licensure requirements 

 

 What You Need To Succeed:

Required:

 

·         5+ Years insurance industry experience 

·         Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

 

 

What Can Give You an Edge: 

Preferred:

·         Experience working in a product unit or as a product SME 

·         Experience using Excel, VBA, Alteryx, Prophet, and/or other related software

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

The expected salary range for this position is 73,000-97,400. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
