- Develop and maintain software components and automation features for the Enterprise Workload Scheduler.
- Create enhancements that improve platform efficiency, reliability, and operational visibility.
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability of solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to design and deliver scheduling solutions.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of issues through code and system analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of software development experience writing, testing, and maintaining code.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or similar) used in enterprise environments.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and participating in code reviews.
- Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with enterprise scheduling or workload automation tools (e.g., IBM Workload Scheduler or similar).
- Exposure to automation frameworks or scripting used in DevOps or platform engineering environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
