Description and Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain identity lifecycle processes using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Develop custom rules, reports, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, security assessments, and compliance audits.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes, standards, and documentation.
- Bachelor's in information technology, Computer Science, Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Familiarity with identity governance concepts such as provisioning, certification, role-based access control, and policy enforcement.
- Strong proficiency in Java or BeanShell, including object-oriented design and development.
- Hands-on experience developing custom rules, email templates, reports, connectors, and/or workflows.
- Experience with configuring application connectors, such as webservices (REST), LDAP/Active Directory, and/or database technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer certification.
- Previous IT infrastructure experience, including patching, upgrading and server migration.
- Experience with developing SailPoint plugins is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Powershell or Python to automate repeatable tasks
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of cloud IAM (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM) is a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
