Guided by our purpose, always with you, building a more confident future, and our New Frontier strategy focused on stronger growth, attractive returns, and all weather performance, this is an opportunity to ensure our investment in executive development translates into stronger leadership capability and accelerated readiness in our most senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design and delivery of high-potential leadership programs, including cohort planning, communications, and vendor coordination to ensure a seamless participant experience and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead our enterprise coaching offering, including program design, coach engagement, and delivery oversight to expand access and ensure a consistent, high-quality coaching experience
  • Oversee leadership assessment approaches (e.g., 360 programs and related tools), ensuring alignment to leadership expectations and effective use in development planning.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and L&D, to translate talent priorities into development experiences that accelerate leadership effectiveness.
  • Measure effectiveness of programs, coaching, and assessments, with a focus on development outcomes, feedback, and leadership readiness.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs, including content development and execution.
  • Experience managing coaching or leadership assessment approaches, with the ability to translate insights into development actions.
  • Strong execution and program management capability, able to manage multiple concurrent programs with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, including HRBPs and business leaders, to align on participants and development priorities.
  • Experience applying AI tools to drive analytics, reporting, or workflow optimization within HR or learning functions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in executive development, talent management, or leadership programs.
  • Experience supporting senior leader and high potential populations
  • Familiarity with a range of assessment tools (e.g., 360s, psychometrics) and coaching models
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, effectively prioritizing across multiple programs, coaching, and assessment demands to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Bachelor's Degree

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
