We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support for a VP, End User Technology within MetLife’s Global Infrastructure Organization. While this role reports into the VP, End User Technology, you will also offer support to other leaders on the Global Infrastructure senior leadership team.

You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, managing complex schedules, and supporting strategic initiatives. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. 


How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling, exercising discretion with sensitive information. 
  • Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones for internal teams and external stakeholders. 
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and process expense reports accurately and promptly. 
  • Oversee office processes including document management, supply ordering, and catering requests. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for calls and inquiries, directing appropriately and troubleshooting IT issues in partnership with internal teams. 
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality. 
  • Assist in preparing meeting briefs, presentations, and reports for senior leadership. 
  • Partner with the Strategy and Planning lead to plan and execute high-level meetings and events. 


What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and SharePoint. 
  • Strong Excel skills for data management and basic analytics. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with senior leaders across functions. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and a strong customer-service mindset. 
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $71,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
