Guided by our purpose – always with you building a more confident future – and our New Frontier strategy focused on stronger growth, attractive returns, and all-weather performance, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing compensation analytics and decision-making. The successful candidate will help optimize compensation benchmarking processes through technology and AI-enabled solutions while delivering meaningful insights that support talent and business priorities globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support compensation benchmarking activities for MIM, including survey participation, market data submissions, survey result management, and compensation range analysis across multiple countries and job families.
  • Conduct compensation analytics, modeling, and reporting to support compensation reviews, talent decisions, incentive programs, promotions, offers, and other strategic compensation initiatives.
  • Support the development and enhancement of AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions that improve compensation benchmarking, reporting, data quality, and process efficiency.
  • Support compensation data management processes including survey administration, access management, report generation, market research, and regulatory monitoring.
  • Contribute to job architecture, compensation projects, audits, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives that support broader HR and business objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to perform compensation modeling, benchmarking, and reporting.
  • Ability to leverage AI and technology solutions to improve analytics, reporting, data quality, and process efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to translate complex compensation data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with HR systems and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes in a global environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity while collaborating effectively across global teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, consulting, financial services, or a related analytical field.
  • Knowledge of compensation practices within the financial services or asset management industry.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, WTW Compensation Software, or similar HR and compensation platforms.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset focused on innovation and process optimization.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

The expected salary range for this position is $62,100 - 77,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
