The Client Service Consultant II is responsible for delivering end-to-end client service and account management for complex National Account customers across the U.S. This role supports the full client lifecycle—including implementation, ongoing service, and client engagement—ensuring high-quality delivery of group benefit products including HS&SA, Voluntary, Life, Dental, Vision, and Disability.

You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, delivering strategic insights, and supporting meaningful employee benefit solutions backed by a global industry leader.
- Lead day-to-day service delivery and project execution for complex client accounts, including implementations and product expansions
- Manage client relationships by acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Develop client-facing materials, including reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and trends
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with claims, underwriting, finance, and sales to ensure seamless service and operational excellence
- Oversee client account activities including audits, contract reviews, and system data accuracy to support ongoing service quality
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) managing client accounts or service delivery within insurance, benefits, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) to analyze data and create client-ready materials
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- 5+ years of experience in group benefits, insurance, or working with HR/Benefits teams
- Knowledge of HS&SA, Voluntary Benefits, and other group insurance products
- Experience developing client presentations and delivering insights to senior stakeholders
- Ability to balance client expectations with operational capabilities in a matrixed organization
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and service excellence
The expected salary range for this position is $64,800 - $85,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
