Description and Requirements
Job Scope
This role is responsible for providing overall system maintenance support for group insurance policies along with project management collaboration with cross functional stakeholders. These activities include the creation and maintenance of group policies in the system, database maintenance, project management, claims system issues, troubleshooting, etc. The incumbent will also be required to independently work for system development & enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive policy admin system maintenance & development including change management requests for enhancement and issue fixation with documentation tracking.
- Act as the lead resource for system billing and invoice generation issues, claims errors, report download and policy renewal in system.
- Perform any activities related to system and policy maintenance.
- Reorganize clients excel census to upload and update the in system within agreed time.
- Conduct extensive requirement gathering, perform UAT, regression analysis & testing for system development, enhancement and fixation.
- Maintain overall portfolio reporting and analysis with a combination of manual and system data.
- Manage & support departmental projects with the project/IT teams from business ends including digital transformation.
- Oversee audit and Risk and Compliance issues related to the system.
- Perform timely BAU system activities with proactive ownership and expertise.
- Meet a specified standard timeline for policy service delivery for different system categories.
- Coordinate with IT, claims & other cross functional teams for system troubleshooting.
- Generate, prepare, and deliver reports/ information within given time.
Academic Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline from any reputed university. A major in MIS or any other related discipline will be given preference.
Relevant Experience
- 3-4 years of work experience.
- Experience in Project Management or Business Analysis will be preferred.
