Position Summary
The AVP, Brand Expression will oversee all aspects of brand creative development, from strategic planning to execution, working with a team of creative professionals to deliver compelling brand experiences that drive business results. This role reports to the Head of Brand & Enterprise Marketing and partners closely with senior leadership across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global brand creative strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing creative team including designers, copywriters, and creative directors
- Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints
- Partner with marketing, product, and business unit leaders to translate strategic initiatives into compelling creative executions
- Oversee creative development for integrated marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and brand activations
- Establish creative processes, standards, and governance to drive efficiency and quality
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors
- Champion innovation in creative approaches, technologies, and platforms
- Present creative work and strategic recommendations to executive leadership; manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors
Skills
- This role requires someone who can balance creative vision with business strategy while leading a global brand community and managing complex, multi-faceted brand initiatives.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, copywriting, and visual design while maintaining brand authenticity and knowing when human oversight is critical.
- Ability to leverage AI-powered insights to measure creative effectiveness, optimize campaigns in real-time, and make data-driven creative decisions.
- Ability to mentor, develop, and scale creative talent
