Job Scope
The incumbent will be responsible for processing customer policy service requests, ensuring timely and accurate payment handling and delivering high-quality customer service. The role supports daily operations, resolves customer issues and coordinates with internal teams to meet service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify customer payment requests (maturity, surrender, loan, refund) within defined timelines.
- Monitor and track Turnaround Time (TAT) to ensure service level compliance.
- Support approval of payments as per assigned authority and system access.
- Maintain accuracy of transaction processing in systems (e.g., PAPS/LifeLines).
- Prepare and update daily reports on processed transactions and pending cases.
- Handle customer queries through walk-ins, phone, email and/or system-generated requests.
- Provide accurate information on policy status, payments and servicing options.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- At least a graduate from any discipline from any reputed university.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially tracking and report creation through MS Excel
- Ability to work as a team player with a diverse array of individuals
