Role Overview

We are looking for a Wellness Program Specialist to design and deliver impactful health and wellness initiatives for our corporate clients. This role focuses on enhancing employee wellbeing, engagement, and preventive healthcare through structured programs and client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support the implementation of health and wellness programs and processes
• Manage client onboarding and implementation plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery
• Coordinate onsite wellness campaigns and health-related activities with medical providers
• Act as a key point of contact between internal teams, laboratories, hospitals, and client stakeholders
• Lead client meetings and deliver presentations on program design, progress, and outcomes
• Monitor participation rates and engagement levels, providing insights and follow-up recommendations
• Prepare regular reports and track program effectiveness and impact
• Support awareness initiatives including general checkups, chronic disease prevention, mental health, vaccination campaigns, and educational sessions

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmaceuticals, or medical service providers
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities
• Experience in account management and client relationship handling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Strong interest in health promotion, wellbeing, and preventive care
