To accelerate this journey, we are looking for a Transformation & Product Owner lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our future capabilities.

This is a high-impact, strategic role at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience.

What you will drive

You will lead the end‑to‑end transformation of our distribution capabilities, including:

• Partner distribution and embedded insurance ecosystems
• Direct-to-consumer solutions and digital journeys
• Scalable, data‑enabled platforms across Spain and Portugal

You will act as a single point of accountability, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and value realization.

Your impact

• Lead complex transformation programs with multiple interdependent initiatives
• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Bridge business strategy, customer needs, and technology delivery
• Enable new ways of working, fostering an Agile and value-driven mindset
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making at Iberia level

What we are looking for

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs
• Strong background as a Product Owner / Lead Product Owner in Agile environments
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Industry experience in insurance, financial services, or digital ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
