Education

 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

Experience

 * 7+ years of total experience and at least 4+ years of experience on APM (Application Platform Monitoring) tools, agent deployments, and implementation of APM Agent for Java and DotNet-based applications
 * Elastic Monitoring
* Performance Troubleshooting
 * End User Experience Monitoring
 * Apache / Tomcat
 * Run/Code Ansible (Automation)
 * AZDO Pipeline Development
* Operating System Knowledge (Linux/Windows/AIX)
 * Version control (GIT)
 * Advanced Python Coding Skills
 * Communication
 * SAFe DevOps Scaled Agile Methodology
 * Open Shift (Kubernetes) 
 * Knowledge and usage of Observability tools (i.e., Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, OTEL)

 Good to Have:

 * Json/Yaml coding
 * Python Coding
 * Splunk
 * Azure Dev Ops Pipeline Knowledge
 * Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
