概要と必要条件
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring boot, OOP concepts, SQL and database design , Rest APIs, JSON, GIT Enterprises and JavaScript (React or Angular)
- Experience building applications from scratch
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Hands-on exposure to Kafka / queues / messaging systems
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Solid understanding of Data structures & algorithms, System design and architecture and Software engineering principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience in Insurance/Disability domain
- Exposure to AI tools / GitHub Copilot / modern developer productivity tools
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
- Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams
