Purpose of the Position:

The resource will work in support of the Planning & Projects Senior Manager and in collaboration with the PMO for design and development of solutions for the organization and business, with a specific focus on automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. The resource will also collaborate with the PMO in maintaining and updating the local Project Management methodology and in creating and monitoring the progress of projects in the pipeline, with a specific focus on automation and AI activities.

They will provide support to company PMs and resources, conducting periodic training to ensure adequate knowledge in project management and process automation activities.

Finally, they will manage projects aimed at modernizing business processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

With specific focus on automation and AI processes: 

• Support the Projects Senior Manager and PMO in developing appropriate action strategies.
• Draft and keep updated the local methodology for managing the project pipeline.
• Provide training and support to local PMs and resources in achieving the objectives related to specific department projects.
• Collect, from departments, information needed to draw up the project pipeline (based on a cost/benefit analysis).
• Monitoring of projects in the pipeline and, in collaboration with the PMO, prepare monthly reports on the overall status, presenting them to the Branch Executive Committee.
• For the projects where they will be appointed as Project Manager, they will be responsible for: drafting the activity plan and monitoring the progress over time; managing communication with all stakeholders; supporting the drafting of Business Requirements; producing deliverables in accordance with the local Project Management methodology; identifying risks and project interdependencies.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• Previous experience of 4+ years in the role, gained in Project Management within structured companies
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Proven experience in automation projects (RPA, AI)
• Experience in international contexts is considered a plus
