Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Support Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating sales reports, conducting data analysis, preparing sales forecasts, and presenting insights to support the sales team’s decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in reporting tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Generate regular and ad hoc sales reports for management and sales teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
• Present various information to agents regarding commissions, company procedures.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and input from sales teams.
• Monitor actual sales performance against targets and identify key variances.
• Support sales planning by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare clear and visually compelling presentations for sales performance reviews and strategy meetings per regional guidance.
• Present findings and insights to sales leadership and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to optimize sales processes and reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting tools and processes to enhance data visibility.
• Support automation initiatives and projects to improve data analysis and reporting.
To become our next colleague, you’ll have to bring to the table the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• English language knowledge at an intermediate level or advanced.
• Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
• Sociability - pleasant person, willing to collaborate, easily integrated into a work team.
• Proactiveness and a digital mindset.
• Excellent time management and ability to switch easily between different tasks/projects.
