Finalité principale

Au sein du service de la Relation Clients & Outsourcing, le Responsable Pilotage & Projets délégataires est en charge de la relation et du pilotage des prestataires sur des Opérations externalisées.

Il doit pour cela définir les attendus en termes de service, mettre en place les plans d’action et assurer le bon niveau de reporting auprès de son N+1.
