We are looking for an Operations Manager LatAm to be part of the Operational Strategy and Transformation Team at MetLife for LatAm, playing a critical role in supporting strategic projects and transformational programs for Operations across the region.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end operational processes and strategic partnerships across Latin America, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational excellence, scalability, and sustainability throughout the region.

What you will do in this role:

• Lead sessions and workstreams with internal stakeholders—such as Operations leaders and country teams—to ensure consistent and effective operational implementation across Latin America.
• Design governance and monitoring frameworks with an end-to-end operational perspective, including KPIs, lessons learned, and risk/mitigation mapping.
• Analyze and communicate operational performance across countries to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence, scalability, and sustainability in alignment with MetLife’s growth agenda.

• Strong leadership skills to manage regional projects and ensure alignment across multiple countries.
• Proven experience in operations management and process optimization, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
• Experience working in corporate environments with regional or global scope.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
