This role is responsible for supporting consultation with country Lines of Businesses and Functions to understand and address business learning needs and partner with BPO provider to ensure that proposed learning interventions are designed with relevance for the audience, aligned to defined business goals, focused on producing the desired performance and business impact, delivered with high quality and in a cost-efficient way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Learning Partner, L&D team and Agency team to identify and agree on training & development needs for the Agency field force and prepare/ update an L&D Demand plan;
- Ensure a strong partnership with F2F Line of Business and collaboration with the region’s L&D community to flex on projects and initiatives across the region;
- Update the training materials whenever needed and ensure that they are accessible on the proper L&D platforms;
- Support in preparing the training schedules and agendas when necessary;
- Prepare a monthly training report, collaborating with the L&D admin to keep records on LMS;
- Follow up on results of the delivered training programs and compose all considered necessary assessments and evaluations;
- Leverage enterprise content, promote enterprise learning initiatives, resources and best practices and support localization to country/ business/functions;
- Report out on the learning progress with client(s) to Regional Learning partner based on business and learning specific data;
- Implement the L&D delivery cycle, leverage multiple resources and work with different partners including BPO Provider and 3rd party vendors;
- Deliver on Line of Business specific programs, including pre/post communications and activities, marketing, sponsorship and engagement expectations;
- Facilitate completion of required tools and templates thoroughly and ensure they meet the standards of excellence outlined by the governance model;
- Ensure locally adherence to L&D related processes, standards, governance.
The new Learning Expert that we are looking for requires both hard and soft skills to excel in the position, at least:
- Very good level of English (at least intermediate level);
- Education – Bachelor degree in a relevant field;
- Good level of MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point);
- High apetite for digital learning tools;
- Mindset based on performance and willingness to make a difference;
- Proactive, organized and able to set priorities;
