We are seeking a LatAm Distribution Innovation Director to play a key role in advancing MetLife LatAm’s business transformation journey and driving the momentum of our New Frontier strategy.

What you will do in this role:

• Understand and assess strategic priorities across distribution channels in multiple countries and design future-state (“TO BE”) models to achieve distribution excellence.
• Identify and validate transformation opportunities that leverage regional scale and usability to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project management efforts aligned with the transformation agenda, ensuring timely delivery and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including country business leaders, IT, and Data & Analytics—to ensure alignment and execution.
• Develop compelling narratives to clearly communicate the purpose, value, and implementation of strategic initiatives.

To help you succeed, you need to have:

• Solid experience in insurance distribution, ideally in face-to-face/agency channels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to design and implement innovative distribution models.
• Capacity to think creatively and proactively define assessment frameworks and structure solutions to close gaps versus “to be” models.
• Experience in consulting, particularly within the insurance sector, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives across geographies.
• Interpersonal agility to build relationships, influence outcomes, and lead in dynamic environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
