The Team You’ll Join

You will be part of the Employee Benefits (EB) team, responsible for managing all financial aspects of the client lifecycle in coordination with other departments. This team ensures that all client actions are accurately reflected in financial premiums and payments.

The Opportunity

As a Junior Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and financial accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all daily correspondence efficiently, including queries received via email, Bizflow, or walk-in internal customers.
  • Ensuring adherence to standard turnaround times (TAT).
  • Delivering high-quality operational outputs.
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reviewing and posting collected premium amounts.
  • Dispatching issued bills on a daily basis.
    • Handling 409 sheets and TRF requests.
    • Executing commission runs.
    • Ensuring full compliance with the Company Code of Conduct.
    • Performing additional assignments as required.
    • Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational accuracy. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Customer Service, and Business Units in a respectful and inclusive environment.
    🔧 Key Responsibilities
    • Lead small-scale operational initiatives to enhance process efficiency and service quality.
    • Prepare accurate reports and documentation to support daily operations and compliance.
    • Oversee routine administrative tasks to ensure timely and error-free policy updates.
      • Manage data entry and system updates to maintain data integrity.
      • Develop a deep understanding of MetLife’s operational workflows and contribute to their optimization.
      • Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Service, Policy Maintenance, and Compliance to ensure seamless task execution.
      •  What You Need to Succeed

      • Proficiency in English and computer applications.
      • Strong communication skills.
      • Preferably a background in commerce or mathematics.
      • Undergraduate degree required.
      • Requirements:
        • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
        • Experience with systems used for tracking policy data, generating reports, and performing basic data analysis.
        • Familiarity with platforms used to process updates, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy.
        • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal errors.
