Job Summary: アプリケーションを監視、分析、設計、開発するチームを担当します。ビジネスを継続するために必要な既存のシステムやアプリケーションの保守、サポート、アップグレードを担当します。また、会社のビジネス要件や目標を満たすために開発プロジェクトを管理し、他部門と協力してソフトウェアのニーズを確立します。
Responsibilities: 1.プロジェクト作業計画を作成し、変更するニーズや要件に応じて適宜修正します 2.Java、Azure、クラウドネイティブアプリケーションに関する深い理解を必要とする複雑なプロジェクトをリードします 3.関連分野での優れた業務経験と、ソリューションや潜在的な問題を視覚化する能力 4.ステークホルダー、ビジネス、開発チームとのコミュニケーションを通じて、質の高い成果物を提供します 5.効果的なソフトウェア開発手法とツールの管理経験 6.内部および外部の開発/配信チームの管理経験、オンサイトおよびオフショア 7.PaaSプラットフォーム上でのマルチチャネル顧客体験イニシアチブの提供経験 8.配信プロセスのすべてのフェーズとレベルに関与する意欲と能力 9.開発と配信のためにアジャイル手法を活用することに精通していること 10.高速で急速に変化する作業環境でのクロスファンクショナルな問題解決能力 11.必要なリソースを特定し、個々の責任を割り当てます 12.チームが準備した成果物を他のチームに渡す前にレビューする 13.エンゲージメントレビューと品質保証手続きを準備します 14.プロジェクトのリスクと問題を特定し、管理します

Requirements: |
•関係するすべてのステークホルダーと対話するための強力なコミュニケーションスキルを持つバイリンガル。ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの日本語
•プロジェクト管理とアプリケーション開発の5年以上の経験 •Javaおよびマイクロサービスプロジェクトの管理経験5年以上 •優れた顧客対応力とコミュニケーションスキル •確立されたPMOプロセス内での作業経験 •3rdパーティの実装ベンダーの管理経験 •OOP、デザインパターン、エンタープライズアプリケーション統合に関する充分な理解を持ち、非常に強力なService Oriented Architectureのbackgroundを持つ •優れた分析および問題解決スキルと、創造的に問題を考える能力 •Webおよびモバイルクライアントで使用される拡張性の高いAPIおよびサービスの設計と開発の経験 •複数のプロジェクトを同時に処理する能力 •Azureなどのクラウドサービスの経験 •UX/UI、マイクロサービス、Spring Boot、JavaScript、ReactJS、NodeJSなどの強力な理解 •アジャイルプロジェクト手法の経験と理解 •オンショアおよびオフショアの開発チームおよびベンダー管理の経験
