Basic Function

GPASS is primarily responsible for:

- Analysis and reconciliation of financial data

- Time entry Compliance reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

- Coordinate data flow amongst various financial applications and data maintenance.

- Extracting the Time compliance & Utilization Reports

- Generation, activation & deactivation of Project codes related to IPCAD & CRE

·       Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards. 

·       Ensure that the quality of transaction is following predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence. 

·       Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor 

·       Provide floor support in Supervisor’s absence 

·       Disseminate Process knowledge to new joiners 

·       Conduct SKTs/ Refreshers for existing Team members 

·       Responsible for functional as well as MGCC Finance Operations level initiatives 

·       Responsible for performing process deliverables on daily/weekly/monthly basis
