"Principal Project/Program manager will be responsible for managing projetcs & programs, creation of architectural specifications, driving architicatural discussions with SA & EA, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms. Responsible for front and back end development, peer reviews of solutions and code. 

They will provide technical leadership and strategic direction to teams specializing in cloud-native software development, traditional Microsoft .Net based software development, and AI solution development. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
