The Team You Will Join
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Employee Benefits Servicing team. This role supports financial advisors and employers, managing insurance and benefits platforms with exceptional customer service.
The Opportunity
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for Administering Life Insurance and Income Protection schemes. Responding to broker and client inquiries via email. Primary responsibility will be receiving incoming calls from customers. Updating systems to maintain accurate client data. Collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs. Managing cases to minimize business risks. Ensuring high-quality service delivery with every interaction. Success in this role requires customer service or administrative experience & strong communication skills. The Customer Service Associate is responsible for Administering Life Insurance and Income Protection schemes supporting ambitious growth and sales targets. You’ll collaborate closely with external clients, sales, underwriting and all operational departments in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- Customer Service, and/or Administration
- Confidence in dealing with customers on the telephone
- Able to thrive in a busy environment
- A - C in English & Maths GCSE or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to interact professionally with people at all levels
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Happy and able to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract
What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)
- Relevant experience in Customer Service or Administration roles.
- Insurance Industry Certifications (CII)
- Previous Group Risk Insurance experience
