Role Value Proposition
This role is pivotal in transforming the Life business in Iberia. Its purpose is to create
and manage competitive value propositions, combining customer insight,
advanced modelling, predictive analytics, agile delivery and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, improve and launch value propositions for Life, Protection and Savings products.
- Integrate user research, customer insights and market benchmarks into product definition.
- Apply customer journey mapping, Voice of Customer analysis and digital experience testing.
- Define pricing strategies ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Apply advanced actuarial modelling, machine learning and predictive modelling.
- Develop dynamic pricing supported by advanced analytics and segmentation.
- Implement automation across key stages of the product lifecycle.
- Work in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Coordinate multidisciplinary squads across product, innovation, marketing, distribution, CX and compliance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: IDD, GDPR, AML, Solvency II, PRIIPs.
Hard Skills
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics or similar.
- Data fluency: ability to interpret, model and translate data into business decisions.
- Actuarial modelling: GLM, survival models, predictive modelling.
- Market & user research: deep analysis of customer needs and experience.
- Programming & analytics: Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
- AI & automation: predictive models, dynamic pricing, data integration and quality.
- Regulation knowledge: IDD, Solvency II, GDPR, PRIIPs.
- Experience in pricing and product development for Life insurance.
- Project management in agile methodologies, including SAFe.
