概要と必要条件

Main responsibilities:

·       Maintains global sourcing and negotiation strategies in Hungary based on Procurement function policy, requirements and guidelines;

·       Contributes to the global/ group procurement projects and ensures their implementation in Hungary, with respect of global procedures, priorities and local requirements;

·       Reviews past and current spend levels, identifies industry trends and manages contract expirations;

·       Develops relationship with other departments to assess and advice on their current business requirements, future needs and expectation and establishes / improves procurement processes when needed;

·       Provides administrational support for the departments in case of new suppliers, new services;

·       Optimizes costs and quality of service provided by current or future vendors (in line with department requirements);

·       Provides robust reporting on procurement KPIs and ensures practice sharing within the Procurement function at the EMEA / WCE level.

 

To become our next colleague, you’ll have to bring to the table the following:

·       University or college degree;

·       Relevant work experience at least 2-3 years, gained within a multinational company; 

·       Computer literacy and good knowledge of relevant software;

·       Good level of English language (both oral and written);

·       Service oriented, able to manage internal and external relationships effectively;

·       Resilient personality with the ability to promptly address multiple requests; 

·       Team player with effective communication and relationship building skills with other departments, Customers, Vendors and Suppliers;

·       Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information, technical procedures, or governmental regulations;

·       High attention to details;

·       Ariba/ other system experience represents an advantage;

·       Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills;

·       Digital mindset.
