The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Vice President of End User Technologies to lead the transformation of employee digital experiences across our global financial and insurance operations. This executive will be responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and intuitive technology solutions that empower our workforce—from branch offices to call centers to corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in end user computing, enterprise mobility, call center platforms, multimedia and video conferencing, and Microsoft 365, with a strong understanding of AI-driven productivity tools, engineering excellence, and business alignment.
How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Digital Workplace Strategy: Define and execute a forward-looking strategy for end user technologies that support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer service excellence.
- Technology Leadership: Oversee the engineering and operations of:
- End User Computing (Windows, macOS, VDI, device lifecycle)
- Enterprise Mobility (MDM, secure mobile access, remote work enablement)
- Call Center Technologies (omnichannel platforms, workforce optimization)
- Multimedia & Video Conferencing (Teams, Webex, Zoom, AV infrastructure)
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot)
- AI & Automation: Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance employee productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve support experiences.
- User Experience Focus: Champion a seamless and secure digital experience for employees, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and satisfaction across diverse roles and geographies.
- Engineering Excellence: Lead high-performing teams with a focus on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement, leveraging Agile and DevOps practices.
- Risk & Compliance: Partner with Information Security and Risk teams to ensure all solutions meet financial industry standards for data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with business units (e.g., underwriting, claims, customer service, investment operations) to deliver tailored technology solutions that drive productivity and innovation.
- Vendor Management: Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure service excellence across platforms.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- 15+ years overall technology experience
- 5+ years leading large scale End User Technology Environments in financial services or insurance
- Experience managing global teams and delivering consistent service across geographies.
- Deep technical expertise in:
- Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms
- Endpoint management and enterprise mobility
- Call center and unified communications technologies
- AI-based productivity tools and automation platforms
- Proven success in driving digital transformation and employee experience initiatives.
- Familiarity with financial industry regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC, NAIC, GDPR).
