The Opportunity

The Talent Analyst is responsible for enabling the execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent programs such as Performance and Career Development, the Leader Expectations Tool (LET), Coaching@MetLife, and the Executive Development Program (EDP) across the Global Talent function at MetLife.

This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen the connection between strategy, systems, and execution by partnering closely with HR Digital Solutions to support adoption, data integrity, system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. The role provides end-to-end operational and analytical support during critical talent moments including goal setting, midyear, and year-end, ensuring consistent, reliable, and high-quality employee and leader experiences at scale.


Key Responsibilities
  • Enable technology transformation  as a primary liaison to HR Digital Solutions, supporting talent system functionality, testing, enhancements, Oracle-related updates, and ongoing change management to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Execute enterprise Performance & Career Development cycles end‑to‑end, ensuring readiness, coordination, and smooth delivery across goal setting, midyear, year‑end, and Growing@MetLife.
  • Provide hands‑on support to HRBPs and stakeholders, monitoring progress, responding to inquiries, escalating risks, and troubleshooting issues in real time during live cycles.
  • Deliver data, reporting, and insights by producing recurring and ad hoc reports, ensuring data integrity, identifying trends and risks, and translating into actionable insights. 
  • Support enterprise talent programs and stakeholder governance, including coordinating monthly Talent Connects and enabling Coaching@MetLife, LET, and Executive Development Programs through reporting, logistics, and operational oversight.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder focus; effectively supports HRBPs and leaders through complex talent situations
  • Clear communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences; proactive, relationship‑driven problem solver
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization; manages multiple competing demands during peak periods
  • Analytical and curious; leverages data, judgment, and AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes
  • Collaborative partner who builds trusted relationships across HR, including HR Digital Solutions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HR systems and reporting tools strongly preferred

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

 

The expected salary range for this position is $74,500 - $99,300. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
