The Opportunity

The Senior Learning Solutions Developer is responsible for designing and developing AI‑enabled, experiential learning solutions that are embedded in the flow of work and drive measurable behavior change across the enterprise. This role translates enterprise capability needs into scalable learning experiences, including simulations, AI-driven roleplays, and performance support tools, that accelerate workforce readiness, adoption, and performance against business priorities.

Guided by our purpose – always with you building a more confident future – and our New Frontier strategy focused on stronger growth, attractive returns and all-weather performance, this is an exciting opportunity to design and develop innovative, user-centered learning experiences that directly impact how employees build skills and perform in the moment of need. You will partner closely with Capability Development Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose needs, prototype solutions, and bring to life high-impact learning strategies that translate enterprise priorities into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create AI‑enabled, experiential learning solutions embedded in the flow of work, leveraging simulations, roleplays, and performance support tools to drive measurable behavior change.
  • Diagnose enterprise capability needs and translate them into high-impact, user-centered learning journeys that integrate experiential, social, and in‑the‑flow learning approaches.
  • Build innovative learning experiences using AI technologies—including simulations, scenario-based practice, and roleplays—to accelerate readiness and adoption at scale.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery with AVPs, business stakeholders, and enabling teams to embed learning into workflows through performance support tools, nudges, AI copilots, and contextual assets.
  • Oversee measurement of learning effectiveness, including readiness, adoption, and time‑to‑proficiency, and ensure alignment to enterprise capability frameworks, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess capability needs and contribute to practical, applied solutions.
  • Ability to think beyond courses and programs to workforce readiness, adoption, and performance outcomes.
  • Understanding of how leadership behaviors, human skills, functional capabilities, and tools interact to drive execution.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills across functions and teams.
  • Comfort working across multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, enterprise environment.
  • Working knowledge of AI‑enabled tools and data to support scalable capability development and adoption.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years supporting enterprise or cross‑functional capability, change, or transformation initiatives.
  • Contributing to applied development, performance support, or change enablement efforts that influence how work gets done.
  • Experience working within structured frameworks or operating models while adapting solutions for different contexts.
  • Exposure to AI, digital, or technology‑enabled workforce initiatives focused on adoption and behavior change.
  • Experience partnering with senior practitioners or leaders to execute complex initiatives at scale.
  • Bachelor's Degree
